Such a stunning location, the no cell phone while having a medical device on my phone was a challenge and was spoken to a few times. I was there for work just wish some places would realize that if someone is quiet off to the side around no one else it's not worth it to be rude when they don't have another option. Everything else was amazing Shout out to Chris who did the hike at 6am on 5.22.2025 i did this hike twice while there everyone was lovely. Chris was exceptional please give him a shout out. He was knowledgeable about the area, so nice and he made the whole group laugh! It was refreshing because everything else was quiet and he brought such a great change of pace, he picked up that we were a funny bunch and it just made the experience that much better!

I was genuinely looking forward to the trip, a time to relax, reset, and enjoy a peaceful experience. Unfortunately, my stay was deeply disappointing and left me feeling unseen and unvalued. At dinner, I sat for quite some time without anyone acknowledging me. Eventually, a gentleman offered me a drink, but no one followed up. When a staff member finally came by, she said, “I saw you sitting here for a while and thought I’d check on you.” That comment, while honest, was disheartening. No guest should have to sit and hope that someone eventually decides to provide basic service. Housekeeping was also unacceptable. One day, I even called to request housekeeping and no one ever came. A food tray was left in the room for days. It felt like I had to chase down the most basic level of care that should have been automatic in a resort of this standard. This wasn’t just about slow service it was about the emotional impact of feeling invisible and unwelcome. I didn’t expect special treatment just the same respect and attentiveness every guest deserves. After I shared my concerns, I did receive a partial refund, which is yet to reflect on my credit card statement, which I appreciate. But the gesture doesn’t erase the way I felt during my stay.
