It was amazing event Each and every thing is perfectly fine like food , service, structure n main the people of the hotel. Tea n coffee n snack at venue is excellent. Took the tea recipe from akshay n his helping staff. Would like to say thankful to entire hotel team Mr. Kranti Vishal specially Rawat, Arun. Pritam, Abhimanyu, Shristi. Good luck team Operations. Kranti vishal was particularly helpful in making sure that our requirements were all taken care. A very positive experience overall. Would certainly recommend.

I booked this property for 2 couples - me and my brother with kids, and to be honest we were very excited to reach the property on time to checkin, but got late due to traffic and regretted it. As soon as we reached timber trail reception, we were handed ropeway pass and our luggage was taken care of immediately by the staff. After waiting for 20 minutes we got our turn to use the ropeway and reach the hilltop (the waiting is mandatory for all guests and is prioritised on first come first serve basis only, which is fair enough.) As soon as we reached the hilltop, a chauffer was waiting for us with a golfcart to take us to the resort reception, and the resort is seriously mindblowing. It is worth every penny spent to get here, stay here, eat here and enjoy all the activities they have. Our kids were also very happy with the service they were providing and they provided complimentary meals and milk for the kids everytine requested and it was exactly like we wanted it to be. I will definitely come back to this property in future to enjoy a peaceful stay. Special thanks to all the staff who are hardworking to facilitate the guests by all means possible.

In a nutshell, it’s a beautiful property but grossly mismanaged. At the time of checking in, despite saying that we would like a room close to the reception/restaurant (since we were travelling with 2 small kids) we were given a room 10 mins away by golf cart. To top it off the AC in this room was not working. Despite several requests they were not taking any action and we kept waiting. When we finally said that we were going back to Delhi and don’t wish to stay here they switched our room to one near the restaurant and where the AC was working. My question- why cause so much mental stress if a room is available nearby? The place is called Moksha and has a quiet and peaceful vibe so why this? So please beware- most rooms are far away from the spa/restaurant and each time you want to do anything you waste 20mins easy. The service at the restaurant is slow and the waiters don’t know the first thing about hospitality.i mean one time one waiter literally walked away from me while I was talking to him 😂 The food is sub- par definitely not 5 star standards. THEY CHARGE FOR ACTIVITIES LIKE USING THE TRAMPOLINE IN THE KIDS AREA! The bathrooms are big and spacious but don’t have shaving mirrors. So to sum it up Pros 1) great location 2) great spa and pool 3) very nice rooms and bathrooms Cons 1) horrible service 2) average food 3) sub par management 4) charges for kids play area? Really?
