We enjoyed our stay at MSH. Great location. The best family twin room we’ve ever stayed in. The layout of the room is great. Spacious and comfortable. The room offer both privacy and connection among its users. The hotel has a decent size swimming pool and a good reputation Thai restaurant. Room service staff were very friendly and helpful. All the gentlemen at the front desk were nice and helpful as well. Only Ladies at the reception were not that friendly.
Great location. Well appointed room recently renovated. Friendly desk staff who kindly gave us a complimentary upgrade with ocean view. Mollymook in the winter. Perfect!
The pictures that the website shows do not reflect the actual rooms. We were told we had ocean views - only if you done a squat to look under the parking on the other side of the road. The 2 bedroom apartment was tiny. While it looked clean it was not - it smelt of old musky mould. This is not a 4 star hotel at all.
