He took the time to engage with my children, playing with them and making them feel special, which meant the world to our family. He also spoke kindly with my wife, creating a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere. Additionally, Gary shared valuable tips about exploring Singapore, which greatly enhanced our stay. Just reviewing for more my aunt and uncle. They are happy with their room and the location which is close to a hawker center, a shopping center and loads of buses which takes you to everywhere. My review is specific to the service that we experienced in the Club Lounge. Kudos, especially to Ivan, who was a gem. We were all impressed with his patience, knowledge, and service. One guy did it all!

As a Titanium member, i deem it acceptable as a 4* hotel. Soundproofing was not that great. TV quality was ok. Room was pretty clean. Had a comfortable sleep. Service was ok, responded well thru the mobile platform. Location was great. Easy parking. Plenty of food options nearby.
