Momo Inn

Amazing 5-star hotel with excellent service, clean rooms, and top-notch facilities! We got a complimentary buffet breakfast at the main restaurant, where we also had lunch and dinner. Nearby, there are many other restaurants offering grills and BBQ. There are lots of numbered shops (Shop 1, 2, 3, etc.) selling different kinds of things – great for shopping! The hotel has a big, photogenic lobby, a nice reception, and a clean, less crowded swimming pool. We enjoyed the playground, water park, train ride, boat ride, and bicycle ride. A perfect place for fun and relaxation.

Excellent Service We had a wonderful stay! Mr. Arafin Front office Supervisor . greeted us warmly upon arrival and was exceptionally polite throughout. The staff's hospitality and attention to detail made our visit truly memorable. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. We felt welcomed and valued as guests. We’ll definitely return for another delightful experience.

Last time I went there it was 2023, it was good. The last time in July 2025 I was seriously unsatisfied with their level of service. All they understand is money, even the children's play area is not free. Even after the hotel was less than 50% occupied, they gave a room without a window, plus it wasn't on the main building. Their sales person and the reservation team will always try to give you the worst room. After not compromising on the room they provided one for which I had to pay extra to get a good room. Even the quality of the breakfast has significantly gone down. The price on the cafeteria is insane too. The prices are of a 5 star hotel, but the food quality is nowhere close, I tried two of their pastries. Never going to Momo inn again. Not recommended at all.
