Very good hotel + very nice location and Staff. Night View is Exceptional, near London Coffee and at least 2 Malls.

I stayed at this amazing hotel two different times and both for extended stay. My experience was simply put exceptional. The customer service is above and beyond! The hotel is so clean, safe and located conveniently. Their breakfast buffet is not only yummy but always has variety. The best part of it though are the people. Their humble customer service is consistent with everyone, starting from the kind manager, the front desk crew, kitchen crew, housekeeping crew, security and bellhop crew. Honestly their hospitality makes you feel like home.

Disappointing Experience, Not Worth the Price Our stay at this hotel in Bole was far from the restful and comfortable experience we expected, especially considering the price we paid. We stayed in a twin room, which was poorly equipped from the start. For two guests, there was only one towel provided and a single bedside water, which set the tone for the rest of our disappointing stay. The bathroom experience was even worse: the toilet flush was broken, and when we called the receptionist for assistance, we were met with an unprofessional and dismissive attitude. Her response was a curt “okay, I’ll send someone,” but that person only arrived after a significant delay and took an hour to fix the issue. This all happened at 10 PM, making an already frustrating situation even more exhausting. Two of our friends had a twin room as well, and all of the same issues happened to them, but worse—all of their socket outlets didn’t work. To make matters worse, the hot water took an absurd 20 minutes to heat up, which was unacceptable. We were also surprised to find that the room had no slippers, and we had to make another call to request them, adding to the inconvenience. For a hotel located in Bole, we expected a higher standard of service. Instead, our short stay felt more like an ordeal than a restful break. This hotel needs serious improvements to meet the basic expectations for the price they charge.
