Mona Montreux

Excellent service. Arrived late at night was greeted by my name as I walked through the door. Felt instantly at home. Lovely touches in the room, complimentary mini bar and in reception. Fabulous terrace over the lake. 5minute walk from the station. Staff really helpful and friendly. Will absolutely stay again.

The staff were friendly and welcoming. Any issues were promptly and efficiently dealt with. The view was lovely to wake up to each morning and the happy vibes of the festival were what I drifted into sleep with. The hotel was generous with complimentary coffee, beer, juice and water. Thank you for a wonderful holiday in Montreux.

We had a wonderful stay at Mona Hotel — the location is excellent, the rooms are beautifully designed, and the atmosphere is both stylish and welcoming. Most of the staff were warm, professional, and attentive throughout our stay, which made our experience very enjoyable. However, we did have one issue where housekeeping staff entered the room without knocking on two separate occasions. While we understand it may have been unintentional, it did catch us off guard. We hope the hotel can improve communication and ensure guest privacy in the future. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would still recommend Mona Hotel to other travelers looking for a modern and comfortable place to stay.
