It is cheap for the location. Don't expect it to be amazing. Joener, the cleaning guy, is really kind and helpful. He helped me to check in because I didn't receive the message from the manager, who I never met. Joener should be the manager instead. The room is not quite as bad as other people are saying, but it's not great. It is a it damp and you can see the mildew that is covered up with the plastic cladding. For one or two nights it won't hurt you. It should be refurbished though to get t fixed. I can't imagine that the owner would spend the money on it. Joener was the real star.

We had another room booked but it was not cleaned or ready, so we had to moove to another room that was way up the hill. This room was clean and nice had a small patio and a window to the street, ( the other room.did mot even have a window. ) this new was owerall great and new and clean and worth the price but the tv did not work nor the sink. But it had ironing coffee maker etc..so price Wise thumbs up.

It's probably one of the worst experiences in my career. I travel around the world for work, and this place definitely was not a good place to stay. (Pro) 1. The person who was cleaning the room was nice, and he tried to help out as much as he could. 2. Good location. (Con) 1. Used a picture that is not relevant to the actual place and confused me when I was booking this place. 2. Price was too expensive compared to other hotels. 3. Towels were not cleaned (there were still hairs on towels) 4. The sink was leaking 5. Garbage was still full and wasn't cleaned 6. There was no table in the room and had to eat on the floor. 7. The middle part of the bed was sinking, and it caused problems with my back. Could not sleep because the bed was in really bad condition. I complained about it but they didn't do anything about it. (They just said that the bed was old) 8. Construction was going on in the morning and couldn't sleep 9. You can hear everything that is happening in the other rooms. 10. No one helped me with check-in. They put the key in a lock, and i had to get it myself. I paid about 300 euro per night (no refund), but it was such a bad place to stay that i had to leave the place after two nights. I do not recommend this place.
