Moncher Hotel

We stayed at the hotel for just two nights, and overall, it was a great experience. The hotel itself was very clean and had an elegant, welcoming lobby. Our room was also in great condition and had a fresh, clean scent which we really appreciated. What stood out the most, however, was the hotel staff. They were incredibly friendly, kind, and always willing to help. One of the highlights was how they assisted us with ordering takeaway food, using their own phones since a Turkish number was required—they even recommended better options for us. Throughout our stay, they were always available whenever we needed anything. Compared to other places we visited in Turkey, the staff here had much better English communication skills, which made our stay even more comfortable. We truly appreciated their hospitality. This place is a top notch. Rooms are pretty spacious with nice views. The personnel are very kind and always helpful. And the most important part is, it's very quiet despite the busy street and all roads and the car noise outside.

Would I stay here again? NEVER!!! The front desk. Staff were incredibly rude and nobody wanted to help an English speaking tourist. Management is extremely defensive and oblivious to the issues at the hotel. Breakfast was awful every day. Full of cheap food and every single hot dish was freezing cold every day. I never once had a delicious hot breakfast. Only positive that the water pressure was great in the shower. But that didn’t change anything about disgustingly rude staff who wanted to help me with nothing.
