Great place to visit when you looking for a relaxed time away. The hotel staff is amazing, the place is clean , the rooms are kids friendly( for in case you travellings with a baby) and the food is highly recommended. Thank you for welcoming us and for your hospitality. We enjoyed our stay at your hotel. Keep up the great service.🙂
Since moment we entered until we left we received exceptional service. The morning that we left to Afriski we received a snack pack (enough to keep us full for the day). When returning from Afriski the owner contacted us to find out if we returned safe.
Went for a spa session with my partner. Staff was not the friendliest once we arrived. The massage was not one of the greatest massages I had. The atmosphere in the massage rooms is not very relaxing. The roof lights kept on shining in our eyes while getting the massage. It felt for me as if they were getting us ready for surgery. There was staff clothing in the bathroom. We had a full body exfoliation and had to take a shower afterwards. The shower was also not one of the greatest. The shower felt like a staff shower, maybe it is. The shower doorknob kept falling off. Not the best spa experience we had. Would not recommend.
