Make no mistake - this is proper luxury boutique accommodation, easily worthy of 5 stars and above. Every modern convenience is available within, and the humungous, manicured and elaborate private garden is exceptional - you won’t find this at this price point. Welcome hamper was fantastic, as were all the small personalised touches inside the accom and within the garden. The bathroom is superb - as are the instant gas fireplaces. 5/5
