Had a great stay here. The best part is that you get access to Mandalika Beach Club and a 50% discount on food there. Definitely take advantage of that—it really adds to the experience. Would stay again.

It's located close to the beach on the West part of Lombok. The price is affordable. The rooms are good and the service is satisfying. The breakfast is fine.

Listing the problems we faced & the list will be bit longer: 1. Wasn't welcoming, they struggled to find out our booking although the booking was correctly done 2. From the reception they couldn't commit the room on time, they asked 2:00 pm - 3:00 pm to be ready with the room 3. Overly crowded place 4. Staff don't understand English at all 5. Room given to us - main door lock was not working, they changed our room after one day. The room card slot was broken. Bathroom fittings were dirty. 6. Bike parking area was bit clumsy 7. Although they mentioned writing on board Dorian fruit is not allowed inside hotel but we saw people are having this fruit right besides the reception, and the fruit was uncovered for a long time making the area very smelly. 8. Although we booked a couple room but they've provided us two single beds room by joining the bed beside one to another.
