It is a quiet and very beautiful place, its pool, sauna, Turkish, hydromassage and its rooms are very clean, the food is super good and the service too. They have many green spaces and play areas for children. In order to have reservations we can choose several packages and the place where it is located is close to the main church of Baños.
Everything was good till my sister found a litteral snail in her lettuce but I think they should be more careful with it their food but they did give her a other plate just they got to pay more attention to what they are doing
Location is great, right in the middle of Baños near the park for children and all the streets for shopping and eating, close to the artisans street and mercado. They have the chocolate factory for the kids, a warm pool with 2 slides for smaller and bigger kids, a spa etc. The rooms are subpar and the spa is worth it's price, it's ok. The restaurant service is hit or miss. The buffet for breakfast is good, dinner is fine. It's mostly for the children that we would go there. The shower is cold or hot and there were so many mosquitoes in the room. Half good things to say about and half negative. 3 stars the most.
