We absolutely adored our time at Moonlight Bay Resort. We had the ocean view villa and was blown away by how gorgeous, spacious and comfortable the room was. We had the ocean view we wanted and more! The restaurant food and staff were so helpful and friendly. They were always ready at breakfast with a 'good morning', and often brought our tea and coffee before we even ordered. They remembered our diet requirements and made sure this was met during our time. We use the massage facilities and they were just great. A relaxing massage with the sound of the waves! The staff were able to adapt the massage to our needs. The staff in the front reception was so helpful. She helped us book taxis and helped with arranging our laundry. We were always greeted with a warm hello and it was always genuine. We stayed for 10 days and I could have stayed for 10 more. Thank you Moonlight Bay Resort!
Welcoming drinks & very warm greeting from the receptionists. Private Beach for only the guests of the hotel. The restaurant in the hotel is very good, we had some of our best meals of the whole vacation trip here. We would have stayed longer if the rest of our vacation wouldn’t have been planned out already. The AC in the room is very quiet compared to other hotels. The view from the room is amazing ( we were on the 2nd floor.
We stayed in an Oceanfront suite and it was perfect. The room was clean, had ample AC, a beautiful view and easy access to the beach. Ocean swimming is fine at high tide but not accessible at low tide. The staff were all so genuinely friendly and helpful. The gym is adequate and scooters and tours/transfers all available at the reception. The free breakfast was great but is the same every day which is fine for short stays but a few changes now and then would have been appreciated for a long stay. There are ample restaurants and massage options within walking distance. The Restaurant had tasty food and the bar was great for sunset drinks. The beachside pool was great for hanging out and had lots of lounging options.
