Moonlight Hotel Hue

Had a great stay here - the breakfast is excellent- the pool is a little small so you need to go early morning or late to be able to use it. Also it’s a loud street - so if you need quiet ask for a room on the opposite side of the building.

I have to give this place 5 stars for how affordable it is for what you get. Staff were very professional and helpful. Great location in the centre of Hue (we didn't find it noisy but just in case they do provide earplugs) Clean room with an awesome view of the city. Very good breakfast. Nice, clean looking pool although we didn't use it. I don't think we could have asked for much more if it was double the price tbh

Lots of things in room need fixing and repair. Sliding doors to bathroom do not slide. The are broken. Bedside lamp is stained and fixture at wall is broken. Overhead reading lamp is broken. TV is broken. Refrigerator doors are obstructed by magnets of outer cabinet doors. Bathroom outer window opens onto a scooter parking bay with morning and night motor noises and voice chatter. While pool is 3 metres from ground floor terrace deck there is no access to the pool. To get to the pool you have to exit your room and walk 200+ metres through corridors to reach the pool. Then when exiting the pool walking wet and leaving damp spots all the way back to your room. Trying to towell yourself dry does not work that well.
