More Care Grand Golden Hotel

Room was spacious and good value. Staff friendly and very helpful. The location isn't the best but you can still get to many places to eat or go to the mall.

This hotel is a good one, from service to ambiance. The receptionist is friendly, provides good customer service, and is helpful and attentive to our requests. The rooms are actually good and affordable, but today we booked a room with water leaking from the ceiling. We requested to be moved to another room, and they offered one with a single bed. However, we refused because my friends and I couldn’t sleep together in one bed. We decided to stay in our room and moved the bed away from the water leak. Regarding the facilities, the swimming pool and gym are accessible and not crowded. However, the jacuzzi needs to be fixed as it was not working when we inquired. The water was also too cold and couldn’t be adjusted to make it warmer. For breakfast, most of the meals are Arabic cuisine, but there are still assorted breads and fruits available.

I was in Makkah during Hajj. I was really exhausted then I tried a lot to find a hotel in Makkah but it was really difficult. I used Booking App to book a room just for one night . velvet hotel was recommended for me with good price . But when I arrived the receptionist was really rude to me. He told me that you have booked the next night not this night. I begged him to help me out as I just want only one night. He told me which application did you use to book with this price when I said booking. He told me that I don’t know this app even. He forced me to book another night with the cost of 450 SR. The service in the room is not good at all. I will attach some photos to broken cup and kit that you get in the bathroom. Only shampoo and shower gel ONLY ?? How come ? I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone.
