The rooms were comfortable and spacious. The bed was very comfortable. The food was great. Breakfast was delicious. The staff was friendly and polite. The cleaning was excellent.
Very nice hotel. First off - very well insulated so noise is minimized. It's extremely important to me so I really appreciate it. The staff was really really nice. They even left a sweet birthday message to me. The decor is design-y artsy and beautiful. They also have complimentary water (always a big plus in my record) and snacks. I highly recommend this hotel!
Been here several times before and usually enjoyed the food, but this time was disappointing. The quality wasn’t up to the usual standard. One dish in particular had a strange taste, so I mentioned it to the staff and sent it back. Despite this, they still charged me for it. When I asked why I was being charged for a dish I couldn’t eat, I was told: “You ordered it, so you have to pay.” That response was surprising and honestly quite off-putting. I expected better service and accountability, especially as a returning customer.
