A nice hotel with very nicely arranged rooms. The staff is nice and helpful. Due to the location, it is an ideal place to start exploring Ha Long Bay. Although the hotel is classified as a 3-star hotel, I sincerely recommend it.

A nice place to stay with good rooms, good food. The staff is cooperative, polite. However, for international tourists, language could be an issue because staff's understanding of english has some limitations sometimes. Else, a nice place to stay! It was nicely decorated for the welcoming the new year, hence was looking nice too!

The service of the hotel itself is not bad, however, the attendant from the afternoon to the night shift is an arrogant young man who has rude attitudes towards customers. Yesterday, 06/18/2022, we came on a business trip with a team of 150 people so, from that, you have an idea of ​​how much investment we made here. The problem with the receptionist? Well, we kindly ask a favor to be able to heat up food for my 10 month old daughter in the kitchen or just use the microwave oven for a few seconds. The receptionist's attitude in response, in addition to his rude tone of words, was the fact that he treated us as if we were beggars begging for something. Being denied something is acceptable. The unacceptable thing was having to hear several lame excuses and still being forced to hear: oh, you can look around the hotel for someone to help you with that. Upon returning to the room, we asked the girls in the eighth-floor restaurant and they kindly helped us heat up our daughter's food, who had not eaten for a long time. A few hours later, when we were at the reception waiting to go to the company's gala dinner, my wife was looking at the souvenirs available for purchase and the same receptionist was looking at us as if we were going to steal something. I didn't go to get satisfaction with the guy because I hate scandals. There was no lack of desire to teach him a lesson. I can't understand and admit, how can a hotel of this size admit employees like that. A company, the size of ours, accommodates 150 people in your hotel, to have a receptionist of this type? It's something to consider not to come here anymore. I take the opportunity to congratulate the other services, like the cleaning ladies and the canteen on the eighth floor. Excellent professionals, polite, courteous to customers. Edit: The phone they put in the hotel room must be out of this world technology. There are no cables connected and no batteries. That must be why it doesn't work, right? That's it. Thanks.
