Appreciated the qualified staff, very friendly, respectful and polite. They are always ready to help you. Only point to improve is restaurant service is a bit slow when you order food, it takes too long to come. Food quality is good.
This is good hotel for business. It's located in the heart of downtown Abidjan and easily accessible. It's also easy to walk to most significant downtown areas and other hotels. However, if you're looking for fun, leisure, and excitement, steer clear. It's boring part of town.
It is an OK hotel, bit there are basic things they should improve on. I will give the hotel a chance to reply to my feedback. And when/if I will update you all on this and be more specific.
