The hotel is a great option for business travelers like me that do business in the Airport area. The facilities are beautiful and the rooms are spacious and modern. Customer service in Medellin is overall great, but I experienced a situation in Las Lomas hotel that left me speechless. I went to the front desk asking if they had an ink pad for fingerprints that I needed urgently, and the response of one of the front desk agents without even checking was that they didn't have one. Luckily I had the opportunity to meet two angels that when they found out I was in need, did everything in their power to get one for me. They did not only think on alternatives to help me out, but walked the extra mile looking for a pad until they got one. I could tell they cared for me genuinely. They stopped what they were doing to help me to solve my need. Their names are Sayuri and Hanner, two stars that I hope the hotel value and recognize, because they both embody what empathy and great service are. Thank you to both of them and to Las Lomas hotel for hiring and retaining professionals like Sayuri and Hanner.
We stayed in the hotel when we were our flight was delayed by a day. I can’t imagine a nicer or more hospitable place to spend with family to enjoy a day and make us forget the annoying mess at the airplane and airlines. The hospitality of the hotel was amazing, they went out of the way to make my kids, and our family feel comfortable.
The absolute best hotel & people who work here! I got severely dehydrated on the airplane and the staff took very good care of me when I arrived to the hotel. My kids were sad and upset I was not feeling the best so they gave them a stuffed animal. The staff gave me water with lime and salt. They helped my husband take the suitcases to the room. Juan called me to see how am I doing today which was so nice. The staff for breakfast are so nice and caring too. The food is so delicious. The hotel is so beautiful and I highly recommend staying here for anyone looking for a hotel close to the airport. We will be back soon: Muchas gracias por todo!
