Moxy Downtown Los Angeles

A friend and I recently stayed at the Moxy for an event at the convention centre, the location definitely cannot be beat! The room layout is a bit different than the traditional room layout so it does work best for solo or those travelling as a couple but it was quite wonderful! (Bonus points as the shower is also awesome!) The staff are very kind and super helpful as it was a very busy event and the ice machines were down but staff were more than willing to bring ice to our room. I would definitely stay here again for anyone looking to stay in downtown and near the convention centre.

Great looking hotel, rooms were very tight fit. For one person that’s alright but for two or more, it should be a little larger with a closet and larger trash can at least. The nightlife also bars and restaurants in the hotel were definitely top notch with a lot of variety. Main entrance is through the valet parking area, the front door was very small easy to miss. Nice little front bar. Very ideal location for any conventions going on.definitely love the retro aesthetic.

I had an amazing experience at the Moxy! Honestly, one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. The view is incredible, but while reading all these other reviews I have to agree with some. The rooms are very small, which I didn’t mind but I wouldn’t recommend it for a family. The shower and restroom are very small as well with no privacy and no storage space for luggage. Other than that I do have to recognize their customer service is amazing. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. My son agreed we would come back to The Moxy!
