Muong Thanh Grand Sai Gon Centre Hotel

Great people. Able to communicate in English. Clean hotel, good size swimming pool that provides pool noodles and kick board. The toilet at swimming pool is very slippery be careful. Stayed for 4 nights at this hotel with 2 rooms. Great atmosphere. Walls abit thin. Stayed at the highest level, 12, good view. Would be even better if they have connecting rooms for 4 person group. This hotel has group guests checking in and out by the buses, but still able to provide good service, highly recommended.

I stayed for three nights. The room was spacious, and the bed was comfortable. The hotel’s facilities—dining room, bar, lobby, and hallways—looked nice, and the staff were friendly and available. However, there were a few issues: • Some stains on the carpets and chairs in the room. • The breakfast buffet had plenty of options but was mediocre. Nothing was hot (including the coffee), and food was not replenished in a timely manner, leaving trays empty. • The gym, though visually appealing, was unusable due to a lack of air conditioning. When I raised the issue, I was offered alternative gym options, but only at my own expense.

We were not impressed with this hotel. We were on a tour and didn't charge anything to our room. When we checked out they said we hadn't paid for our drinks.. they kept calling our tour guide chasing us. In the end they had to concede that they were wrong but this left a bad taste for us. Wouldn't bother going back
