Muong Thanh Holiday Hue Hotel

Had a very decent stay at this hotel! Enjoyed how convenient it’s located by the river and access to Highland coffee which is connected to the lobby. I loved how the elevator has windows so you can see the views when going up and down. The breakfast buffet had the typical food, but most of it is bland in my opinion. The service and rooms were not bad either! Very reasonably priced. Would recommend this hotel to others

Had a pleasant stay at this hotel! The location by the river is very convenient, with easy access to Highland Coffee, which is connected to the lobby. I especially liked the elevator with windows, offering nice views while going up and down. The breakfast buffet had the usual options, though I found most of the food a bit bland. The service and rooms were decent, and the pricing was very reasonable. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to others!

Mixed experience. The hotel itself is clean and has a beautiful view of the river—especially at night. Staff were friendly and polite throughout our stay. However, we had a major issue with smoke. Our first room had a very strong cigarette smell, but the hotel was fully booked and couldn’t move us—even though we were traveling with very young children. The next day, the room smelled strongly of marijuana. Only then were we offered a room change. We later found out that guests are allowed to smoke on the balconies, and the smell traveled into our room from above. Breakfast was decent but very crowded. By around 8:30, a lot of food had already run out. Water pressure in the shower was also a bit weak, and the lobby doesn’t have AC, which made it uncomfortable at times. Overall, the stay was okay, but the lack of immediate action on the smoke issue—especially with children involved—was disappointing. Wouldn’t recommend for families unless stricter non-smoking policies are enforced.
