The Fireside Lodge was a perfect place to stay in Lake Tahoe. The room was clean, adorably decorated and full of basic necessities( coffee & beds). We took advantage of the bikes and the beautiful path behind the lodge that lead to multiple beaches. We brought our dog, who was treated like a king. with treats . Ben was a very friendly host who made us feel right at home!

I can’t recommend Fireside Lodge in Tahoe enough! The owners were SO friendly, kind and inviting and the lodge had so much to do. The outside games/game room kept the kids thoroughly entertained, the rooms were clean and beds were comfy, the bike path right behind the lodge takes you easily down to Pope beach and they had plenty of bikes available for free to use. Breakfast was amazing (the kids couldn’t stop talking about the waffles and ALL the toppings). They’ve thought of every detail and it shows. An additional note, I had car issues as we were trying to leave and they not only came and checked out my car to see if they could offer any advice, but also allowed us to stay and use any of the facilities while we waited for the tow truck. All around great experience 😊

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this cozy cabin in South Lake Tahoe! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The rustic decor, warm fireplace, and charming wooden interiors made it the perfect mountain getaway. One of the highlights of our trip was how pet-friendly the cabin was. Our dogs loved exploring the space, and the large windows gave them plenty to look at while relaxing indoors. The cabin was well-equipped with everything we needed. The surrounding area was peaceful and beautiful, with easy access to nature trails and local attractions. Whether we were enjoying a quiet evening by the fire or venturing out to explore the snow-covered landscape, every moment was magical. We highly recommend this cabin to anyone looking for a cozy, relaxing retreat in South Lake Tahoe. We can’t wait to come back!
