I had a wonderful stay at this hotel🥰🥰 It is located very close to everything, making it easy to explore the area. The hotel is very clean and well-maintained, which made my stay comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a convenient and pleasant place to stay.

It's pretty functional for the location, popular area for tourists and locals alike. Sea resort of Jordan so plenty of choice, shopping, relaxing. Not the quietist of hotel's, as plenty of children. The rooms were tidy and clean. They had a rooftop bar, soft drinks, coffee etc and a pool The staff were very helpful and friendly. If you are visiting for a day or two well worth it. It's pretty busy most of the time as seaside resort.

I had a big issue with this hotel due to a very late check-in — almost two to three hours after the scheduled time. We didn’t get into the rooms until around 4:30 PM, and one of the rooms wasn’t ready until 5:30 PM. The only room we were given earlier at 1:30 PM was extremely dirty and clearly had not been cleaned 🤢. The reception did eventually move us to a clean room, after midnight when we came back from activities and find out everything wasn’t clean . Another important point: Please make sure to check the cleanliness of the rooms before your stay, as it may vary! Thankfully, the manager came on the second day, resolved all the issues, and was very kind to us. As I told the manager — when I save money to stay at a 4-star hotel, it’s because I want to enjoy the activities in a clean and comfortable environment, not to feel like I’ve been scammed.
