My Hotel Malmedy

Great hotel, quite new and modern. Breakfast was of good quality but the variety wasn’t enormous, it was good enough. Just a shame they charge €19 for 2 hours access to the wellness and pool. The parking garage was great, underground and locked off.

Brand new hotel. Responsive and fast communication over e mail. We asked for double bed, in the end got 2 single beds merged which is very disappointing. Excellent breakfast good quality and variety. If there is one thing they should change asap is the quality of the bed. We wanted to stop by for a night to rest and leaving even more tired now because of the uncomfortable beds.

Pros - Lovely hotel, safe under ground parking, luxurious feel throughout, rooms are a good size and great proximity to the track (around 10 min drive). Cons - Construction is ongoing across from the hotel, you need to pay for spa access even if you are a guest, most of the staff we encountered were quite rude and ill mannered and made you feel like an inconvenience. Breakfast and dinner options are fairly limited too. Not a lot in the Malamedy town, most resturants and shops were closed so it’s helpful to have a car with you.
