Lovely accommodation so close to the centre of the town. Fantastic owner and we have now stayed 2 times 🙂
Lovely place to stay in Cirencester a short walk away from the centre and the bars and restaurants, the house has everything needed for your stay. The kitchen was well equipped although some of the items left for us to use should have been removed ie opened jars of jam and chutneys etc. The beds are really comfy.
I made a booking and cancelled on time due to unavoidable circumstances with a view of rebooking later, I have not received a refund despite numerous emails and texts . I have lost my money to this place and I feel soo disappointed! I don’t know what else to do,lost the email with booking reference and am sure they have a copy with my email address but I feel ignored
