I had a wonderful experience during my stay at the hotel. Nelson was especially kind and friendly—his warm attitude and helpfulness truly stood out. He made me feel so welcome! I also want to mention that the rest of the staff were amazing as well—very friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. Their great service made my stay even more enjoyable. Thank you all for your hospitality!

Stayed for 9 nights here and I loved it overall. The architecture of the place is quite unique and I absolutely loved the tableaux across the hotel, would’ve loved a caption with details for each location. The staff is quite friendly, especially Avinash. The rooms, spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. The business lounge was a good place to get things done. The food at Salt & Pepper although limited, was very tasty. Mysk overlooks the Walk Marina, so it’s easy to take a walk around, find your way to nearby restaurants and places. I have a few reservations about certain things, but it was overall a good stay.

Unfortunately, my experience with this hotel was one of the worst I’ve had — not because I stayed there, but because I didn’t… and they still kept my money. I made a reservation via Booking.com and paid in full. Due to a serious and unforeseen emergency, I had no choice but to cancel the booking. I reached out to the hotel directly, explained the situation in detail, and provided supporting documents — all I asked for was a refund or even a credit voucher. But what I received in return was a cold and unapologetic refusal, with zero empathy or flexibility. It became clear to me that this hotel cares more about profit than people. In an industry built on hospitality, this kind of behavior is not only disappointing — it’s unacceptable. I strongly advise future guests to think twice before booking here. There are plenty of hotels that show basic human decency and support their guests during difficult times. This is not one of them. A deeply disappointing and unprofessional experience that I will not forget — and certainly won’t repeat.
