I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, very clean, with excellent air conditioning and lighting. The bed was extremely comfortable, and all amenities were provided, including an extra bed for my child. The bathroom was well-equipped with a bathtub and all essentials. The location is perfect—close to restaurants and major spots. Housekeeping was outstanding, providing deep and thorough cleaning. Valet parking service was fast and efficient. A special thanks to all the staff for their professionalism, especially Mr. Salih Muhammad (Duty Manager), for his exceptional hospitality and attention to detail. Highly recommended.

Rooftop pool, breakfast buffet and steak house dining were all very enjoyable experiences. But our trip was made by the extremely warm, friendly and generous nature of all of the staff! We were first time visitors to Oman and cannot speak highly enough of the staff, hotel and country as a whole!
