We had an amazing experience at Mövenpick Hotel and Convention Centre KLIA. From the moment we arrived, the whole team made us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. A huge thank you to MR. SHAWNE, the Loyalty Manager, who went above and beyond to make our stay extra memorable. We really appreciated the thoughtful welcome amenities, the complimentary birthday cake, the lovely birthday decorations for my husband, and the special invitation to the mocktail hour. All these thoughtful touches made our stay feel truly special. He really takes care of Accor Plus members like us and makes us feel valued. Mövenpick is lucky to have someone as dedicated and attentive as Mr. Shawne on their team. A big shout out to AZIM and the whole front desk team for being so friendly and helpful, to Sira and the Temasya Restaurant team for their warm service and delicious meals, and to the housekeeping team for keeping everything spotless and welcoming throughout our stay. Our room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, the hotel’s facilities were excellent, and parking is free for in-house guests upon validation, with plenty of outdoor parking space. We’ve stayed at many hotels under the Accor brand, but this experience really stood out for its personal touches and heartfelt hospitality. We left with such wonderful memories and can’t wait to come back. Highly recommended!
