would like to thank the wonderful staff member Elizaveta at Mövenpick Moscow for her professionalism and excellent attitude. She was always smiling, helpful, and made everything much easier for me with kindness and efficiency. Her presence added a truly positive touch to my stay. I wish her all the best and hope she is promoted to the highest position in the hotel – she truly deserves it for her outstanding work and respectful service. Don’t hesitate to book this hotel – it’s an experience worth repeating!

Rooms are very neat and clean, new furniture, it has prayer room, and very close to the metro station. The rooms by the street (city view) are bit noisy. Receptionist Elizabeth was super helpful and supportive, many thanks to her. Their coffee is good value to price is very good too.

I stayed one night at Mövenpick Moscow and unfortunately, I was disappointed with the room. It was not soundproof at all I could clearly hear the noise from outside, as if my bed was right on the highway. Every time another guest closed their door, my room would shake. It made it very difficult to rest.That said, the staff were excellent friendly and professional and the breakfast was truly great, with a wide variety of delicious options.Overall, while the service and food were impressive, I wouldn’t recommend it if you’re a light sleeper or looking for a quiet, restful stay. And the location was great.
