I recently stayed at this hotel and had a truly wonderful experience. The animation team was absolutely fantastic — full of energy, creativity, and always engaging guests with fun activities throughout the day and evening. They made every moment enjoyable, especially for families and children, creating a vibrant and lively atmosphere. The food was another highlight. There was a wide variety of dishes to choose from, with something to suit every taste. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The themed nights and live cooking stations added a special touch to the dining experience. As for the services, I was very impressed. The staff were always friendly, attentive, and professional. From housekeeping to reception, everyone went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for great entertainment, delicious food, and excellent service. Thank you to the whole team for making our stay so enjoyable — we will definitely be back!
Stayed at this hotel for the first time, and honestly, it was a great experience. The hotel itself is beautiful, and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful everyone was genuinely friendly and happy to assist. The food was excellent, with several different restaurants to choose from, all within the hotel. No complaints there at all. The kite spot was also fantastic. You’re standing knee-deep in the water, and even there, the service was spot on.
The hotel overall was good, but a bit outdated and it fell below my expectations. One major concern was with the bottled water provided in the room. They supply four bottles daily, but the first bottle I opened had a strong smell and chlorine layer at the top. When I called room service to report the issue, they said they would inform the manager. The manager handled the situation politely and suggested that the bottle might not have been cleaned properly before being filled with purified water. While I appreciated the response, I couldn’t help but think — what if I hadn’t noticed, or worse, if my child had drunk it? In terms of the room itself, there were several maintenance and cleanliness issues: Some furniture was worn out. The carpet on the floor was not clean. The balcony chair cushion was faded and had a tear. The toilet fittings looked like they had been repaired multiple times with silicone, which was already damaged and had black stains. The water pressure in the shower was very weak. While the hotel has potential, these issues need to be addressed for a better guest experience.
