Naiades Beach Boutique Hotel

Our experience in Naiades boutique hotel was amazing!! The stuff was polite! The room was excellent with amazing view! The area was quite with nice beaches! We will come back for sure!!

I went to this stunning hotel on my own to have a relaxing week in warm Crete. The staff were incredibly kind, friendly and whenever I needed something someone was there to assist my needs. The rooms are really modern, spacious and luxurious with a great AC. If you stay in a sea-view room i can guarantee the view will be amazing. The breakfast is good, aswell as the others dishes they offer for lunch and dinner. Since its located around 30 minutes by foot from Elounda (the next proper village) it is a rather quiet and calm place, perfect for escaping work life. I would definitely recommend and I will come back.

Disappointing Experience – Not Worth the Price We stayed at Naiades Boutique Beach Hotel for the final three nights of our honeymoon, hoping for a luxurious and relaxing end to our trip. Unfortunately, our experience fell far short of expectations. First and foremost, the hotel is definitely not worth the price—what we paid was far too high for what we received. At best, the experience should be priced around €150 per night, not more. A major issue is the misleading room listings. On booking.com, the hotel uses the best photos from multiple rooms under one listing, giving the impression that all rooms look like that. In reality, the rooms vary significantly in size, layout, and quality, and ours did not reflect what was advertised. Additionally, we found some of the male staff unprofessional and even intrusive. On one occasion, a male staff member entered our room without knocking, while we were inside and not appropriately dressed. This was extremely uncomfortable and unacceptable in any hospitality setting. Overall, a disappointing end to an otherwise wonderful honeymoon. We expected a boutique experience and instead felt let down by poor service and misleading marketing.
