Nambour Heights Motel

My experience staying at Nambour Heights Motel was fantastic. Angie, the manager was amazing. She is friendly, caring, approachable and very knowledgeable about the area. Nothing was too much trouble. The self contained rooms we stayed in were very clean. The beds were comfortable. Even though being opposite the Nambour General Hospital, it was a very quiet and relaxing place to unwind after a busy day. Angie was quick to replace the toilet seat 🙂🙂 that was a bit wobbly, with no fuss. She definitely made sure our stay was very comfortable. There is also an on-site washing machine and dryer. If you're looking for affordable, simple accommodation, Nambour Heights Motel is a wonderful option. I stayed in Nambour for a week to celebrate a local family member's milestone birthday, and I don't regret the choice of accommodation at all. Beds were comfortable and clean. Bathroom came with soap, shampoo, conditioner, and a decent hair dryer. We had a bit of a sensitive fire alarm when cooking breakfast, which was resolved by simply opening the door - but I'd much prefer that than not working at all! Despite being next to a hospital, it's a very quiet and serene area, with wonderful nature views from the second floor rooms. I will note that you should indicate any physical mobility restrictions when booking, as there are only stairs to the second floor. Not a complaint, just a thing to keep in mind if it pertains to you! Finally, Angie was a delight to work with (though I didn't have any direct interaction - my mother did, and she has a keen sense of good service!). She was prompt to resolve any issues we had over the stay!

Manager Angie, went above and beyond for myself and my family recently when an emergency situation meant we were unable to go home. She was closed for the day on a Sunday, but opened the door and her heart for us. The two rooms we had were affordable, clean and comfortable. Other guests were friendly and the whole place has a warm, safe atmosphere. Would recommend to others and would stay again if needed.
