The public pool is very nice and clean, theres a nice view to the ocean that me and my family loved. We would always go into the ocean when low-tide. The rooms were amazing and you would always come home to a made bed and fresh towels. I recommend your family coming here!!
The room is clean, with modern design The staff is very helpful, especially villa have short water shortage, they provide water to us. The pool have a nice view, and have 711 and super market nearby.
The environment is OK, but there was no water at 21:00 at night, so we couldn't use the toilet or shower. We went to the counter and asked them to fix it in half an hour, but no one came all night and didn't inform us what to do. The breakfast delivered in the morning had no cutlery, and there was no cutlery in the room. The service was very bad. We said we wanted to cancel the stay. We originally booked three nights, but they said we could only get a refund for two nights because we stayed for one day. It was so rotten. They said they were very sorry but only left a note. We went to the counter to find out that they didn't come to fix the water or didn't tell us how to deal with it. It's rotten. Don't come. It will ruin your trip! Service is totally unavailable
