The room was comfort which need to update ,, its to old and a/c was old and noisy my room was in 7th floor which I think it’s with the new hotel to access to room you need 7 to 10 mint to reach your room and the you need to walk to 2nd floor and and walk to the left to enter your room The staff was really helpful “Mr.aleksy” was really good and helpful,, the location of the hotel was really great 👍 The water was in the bathroom which I not like it
Hotel and room very-very good, eat too. but staff sometime rude, I don’t know why(. And check-in so long (after 15:00) I also don’t know why
Unfortunately the room was not cleaned and not arranged with a bad smell, the receptionist were very very very slow, we reach the hotel at 12:00 afternoons and he told us to come at 15:00 for check in, we came at the time and she took more than ONE Hrs to let us enter the room. FYI , the reservation was made more than one month through the internet. Our reservation was three rooms for 6 people, unfortunately all the stuff was put together in one room. For me was not a good experience in this hotel.
