I'm currently staying at this hotel, and I have to say that many of the reviews I've read aren't entirely accurate. Yes, the hotel is a bit outdated, but it's really not bad at all. We had requested a room with a shower instead of a bathtub, and that's exactly what we got. We're staying here as a group of four, and they placed our rooms right next to each other, which was great. On the first night, I was a little concerned about the door not locking properly, but the man at the reception assured me that all the doors have automatic locks. Since then, we've had no issues, the door closes and locks just fine. The room itself is okay, nothing fancy, but comfortable enough. the fridge doesn't work at all, but we got tired of complaining so we let it go. The staff are very friendly, though clearly quite tired. I hope they get the break they deserve. The same goes for the cleaning staff: they do a decent job, but there are some small oversights. For example, they forgot to leave a bath mat and didn’t replace our towels, so we ended up with just one towel for two people. The bedding got changed on the 5th day, which i think is too late, again, didnt complain. They forgot to replace the toilet paper again for three days straight. To be honest, during our stay, the room barely got cleaned and it's really dirty. The beds are okay, there are small bugs around and in the beds, i dont know if those are bedbugs or something else. To me, cleanliness is really important and since i've seen those bugs i can't really sleep anymore, i know the hotel probably cant do much about it and i wont complain anymore. I am enjoying my stay nevertheless and try to see the positive side of things, however, i will not return to this hotel, nor the island Kos. This definitely isn’t a five-star hotel, but let’s be honest, what do you expect in Greece? I'd say it’s more of a four-star experience at best. The food is alright -- not a huge variety, but enough that you won’t go hungry, and most dishes are quite enjoyable. --> water and drink quality is really poor. The beach is lovely! It's rocky, but if you bring water shoes, you’ll be perfectly fine. As for the complaints about sunbeds filling up too quickly -- I haven’t experienced that at all. The cats around the hotel are adorable and very friendly. You can even buy food for them at the hotel shop. (the blonde lady is really sweet) I wouldn't come back to this hotel but would choose the Mitsis hotel right next to it. Unfortunately those were fully booked, thats why we choose this one.

definitely not a 5 star, more like a high 3/low 4 star. Air con didn’t work properly in the room, 2nd room it kept breaking it was sweltering. Rooms not cleaned daily. No air conditioning in any of the communal areas like reception or the food hall. Food was quite nice. Not the hugest selection but what was there was good. Pools were really nice and we enjoyed them everyday. You need a means of travel particularly if you struggle to walk too far or have children. The balcony door didn’t lock when we got there but they sent maintenance straight away and changed the door. Was a nice enough place but definitely not a 5* and I wouldn’t go again

Bad Experience at Natura Park Village ‼️ Warning to other guests – my experience was extremely negative! ‼️ If three men can break into a locked room around 11:30 p.m while we are sitting at the hotel bar just 10 meters away from the room, I cannot imagine how this could happen without the involvement of the hotel staff. Let me emphasize that this hotel advertises itself as five-star, yet throughout the entire large complex, we found only one security camera – and that was in the lobby! The thieves stole, among other things, a Coco Chanel perfume worth €180 (approx. 4,500 CZK) from the bathroom, which was inside a toiletry bag. They clearly knew exactly what to take, as cheaper products were left untouched. Until this incident, we had overlooked some shortcomings, such as the condition of the hotel gym, where out of about 10 bikes, only 2 were working. We told ourselves we were on vacation and didn’t want to ruin it. After the burglary, however, we spent 4 hours waiting for the police, and the entire next morning at the police station giving a statement and signing reports. Luckily, we had a rental car; otherwise, we would have been stuck waiting for the hotel’s irregular shuttle bus. For the money we paid, we expected luxury and security, but instead, we got stress and the loss of valuables. Huge disappointment – I do NOT recommend this hotel!
