Relaxing place to stay with beautiful surroundings. The place is beautifully landscaped. Plan to take some time just walking around enjoying the gardens. The rooms are very nice, clean except that my pillow had an unpleasant smell for some reason, my only negative thing to say. They have good water pressure and a hot shower. The TV is a good one and the cable system provides good programs to enjoy. The price of the room at p1,400 is reasonable, larger rooms cost a little more. The pool is very nice but stays busy everyday with local swimming lessons. There were 50 or so children in the pool up to the time of the pool closing. It's a good thing that they allow this kind of local use, but it does make it nearly impossible for guests to use the pool. We had a 2 year old who wanted to swim, so we just went in anyway and enjoyed it. However, I watched a family with 2 children in their bathing suits leave without swimming because of the crowd. I suggested to the management that the pool hours should be extended for guests to be able to use. If enough of us give this feedback, perhaps they'll listen. The restaurant is excellent. The complimentary breakfast is a buffet with a cook preparing eggs or pancakes and he was fantastic, all included with your room price. We didn't eat dinner there but based on their breakfast I would expect it to be equally as good at resort level prices. I found the staff to be friendly, professional, and helpful. I highly recommend staying at the nature Village Resort. When I return to this area, I'll stay here again.
My wife and I got married at Nature's on the 19th 2025 and overall we had a great time. I'll start with the good points; The place was very clean, including the Premier Suite, the restaurant, the bathrooms and grounds. The food in the restaurant was very good and ALL of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The overall prices were reasonable for room ,food and function room. Now the only complaint I have is any food we order from room service was cold and they have no microwave in their best suite to heat it up. That's the reason for the four stars. But the place is very nice we would stay there again.
Nature's Village hosted our large family reunion for several days, and many of us stayed several nights for the event. The bad: -We had a constant leak under our sink that soaked a towel we put on the floor within a few hours. I let the front desk know after the first night when I noticed it, and they said they would send someone up while we were gone, but I don't know if they did, because nothing changed with the leak. -The AC units in the bedrooms were very loud. Not as loud as another hotel we stayed at in Bacolod, but it was very noticeable. -There is one small elevator from the lobby to the upper floors. It's very slow. One of our rooms was also directly above the lobby, which if you took the elevator, meant you had to walk through an outside balcony from the wing the elevator is in to the wing your room is in. Just a little weird and confusing. -There was construction while we were there. Once when we were getting ready to leave, one of our party staying on the second floor in the neighboring wing went to use the stairs instead of the elevator, but construction was blocking the stairs so she was late. -Wifi was not working in our rooms and seemed down throughout most of the resort. -The water filter dispensers didn't have hot water (we tried several). The good: -Great breakfast. The food is locally sourced and much of it comes from their own garden/farm. They also had great drinks and a made to order omlette station. The restaurant sitting area was also clean and didn't get too loud even when crowded. -The staff were lovely and helpful. -The resort is set on its own land, so you're pretty well isolated from the noise of the surrounding businesses and street. -The rooms are huge. -Each room had an individual hot water heater under the sinks, and the hot water was very nicely hot. -The shower and toilet are each in their own rooms from the sink and vanity. It made sharing a room really nice, although some rooms have a layout where the toilet and shower rooms are facing each other across the sink area, so if you're sharing one of those rooms, it might get dangerous to open the doors. -There is a LOT of land. Our reunion was able to host our huge family photoshoot of maybe 100 people on one of the lawns, and then our reunion gala used one of three ballrooms set behind the hotel, within quick walking distance to the hotel, which was great when I needed to swap shoes and also when it started raining after the gala and we were headed back to our rooms. -As well as having a lot of land, the resort is very beautiful. It was lovely to walk around in the mornings and evenings. Definitely recommend this place if you are hosting a large group in Bacolod. There are a few minor annoyances (the AC, Wifi, water leaks, etc), but they did great to host so many people.
