The staff know you by name. There are Workers all around the property. They are prompt when you need something in your room. The food is fantastic. I definitely will recommend this to my clients The cottages are so nice, clean, AC cools the cottage perfectly. The bathroom is spacious. I loved the outside shower. Our pool was clean and private. Which we loved.

I stayed here for four nights with my sister, our first time in Belize, and I cannot say enough about how amazing this resort is. The concierge was incredibly attentive both before and during our stay, helping us with travel arrangements from Belize City when our delayed flight arrived too late to catch the connection to Placencia and ensuring our return trip would not be affected. We booked two excursions, borrowed the kayaks for a day, and had a massage in the spa, and truly felt like all of our guides and the spa staff genuinely cared about our well-being. The grounds are laid out in a way that offers great privacy in your rooms and everything is beautifully designed to be in sync with the landscape. This is definitely a place we will return to in the future.

Close to the airport with pickup. Great and professional service. Separate cottages which are quiet and have beach views. Excellent restaurant. Kayaks and paddle boards available. Excellent bar. The styling is amazing in the modern Caribbean style. Outdoor discrete shower. Spa on property.
