Neptune Pwani Beach Resort & Spa Zanzibar All Inclusive

The best hotel in Zanzibar! I live in Zanzibar and often stay at hotels on the coast and this is probably the best hotel there is here. Firstly the service was exceptional- all staff whether they are cleaners or top management are friendly and do everything to make your stay special. The grounds are beautiful and well kept and pools are clean and plentiful. Even though the resort was really busy they have managed to keep service standards high. Food was tasty and varied, Indian restaurant was is a must try. The beach was clean and calm. I highly recommend the spa for some relaxation. Overall we had a wonderful stay and will be back soon!

We had an amazing stay at Neptune Zanzibar. The resort is beautiful, clean, and very well-maintained. Bathrooms near the beach and pools were spotless with round-the-clock attendants. Staff were friendly, food was great, and the kids loved the games and activities. A perfect family getaway — highly recommended!

This hotel was a perfect choice. We had a wonderful room with a stunning view. The service was outstanding, in the room, at the restaurant and at the beach. The food was very delicious and diversified. I enjoyed especially the variety of African dishes. We had a gorgeous holiday!
