Excellent hotel. Nesta hotel hanoi is a very good hotel here in Hanoi. The food was amazing my favourite food here is the chicken fried rice and the Hawaiian pizza. This place is so cool. The AC was nice and I look forward to coming here again if i get chance 👍😌. So honestly. NESTA HANOI IS BEST!

If you are visiting hanoi, Dont ever book nesta. Its the worst hotel in whole vietnam. The receptionist is rude as hell. I guess smiling is the hardest thing for her. How can she even run a hospitality business without greeting her guests.They are not at all cooperative. We told them to arrange a motorbike for us and they refused firstly then they said we will arrange and got us sucha bad condition motorbike which was not even worth sitting. If nesta is the last hotel in hanoi then also never book them. Wastage of money and zero hospitality. Minus stars for them.
