The staff are what made my stay fantastic. From Cheryl at the front desk, bellman service, front door staff, catering staff for our 3 day event- everyone went above and beyond in friendliness and service! Some bathroom stalls had broken latches, but not much else to complain about. They took great care of our big event and it’s a good chill hotel. Will be back!
The staff was nice and friendly but for the price we paid it felt like we were staying at a motel 6. Hotel was a total eye sore almost every level something wasn’t working starting with when you first come in the escalators were out of service for my entire stay about 3 nights. The floor with the vending machines, they had shower curtain black material covering something. The vending machines don’t function properly and steal your money. The gym was a mess and in a temporary location. It isn’t worth the money, get an Airbnb and be comfortable.
The worst hotel experience I’ve ever had! This place was an absolute disaster. The staff at the front desk were shockingly rude, acting like basic questions were a personal inconvenience. Zero hospitality, zero professionalism. We returned to our room late on multiple days and found it completely uncleaned, no fresh towels, no bed made, nothing. When we asked about it, there was no help whatsoever, just more attitude and excuses. For the amount we paid per night, this is beyond unacceptable. You can find far better hotels for a fraction of the cost, with actual service and at least some respect for guests. Do yourself a favor and stay literally anywhere else. Not worth it. At all.
