Rooms are great, clean with lots of space. However outside not so great, no parking, need to park on street, is a busy area so good luck with that. It's 10min walk from beach, lots of supermarkets about. Reception seemed very confused, in the 2 booking we had for 2 rooms, the prepaid one they had no record of payment, the other booking they charged us 2x the amount on confirmation. I'm pretty sure this is an admin error not the guys at reception.
The location and the price was pretty good. However, we were there in Novemer so it was a little bit cold. First night the water was warm as well as heaters. The other two nights not. When we asked for help at the reception desk there was a language barrier and they told us “no more blankets” - we had only 1 for 5 people. The water we had to fixed ourselves.
The worst hotel experience I had in Georgia. No hot water and no heating. Unhelpful hotel employees did not help with those issues, promises that a technician will come the following day were empty - twice. It was freezing in my room due to draughty windows. After the first cold night and receiving information that the problem will be solved tomorrow (it wasn't) I asked for a blanket or anything to warm up. But the staff informed me that there are no extra covers or blankets in the hotel... So we had to sleep under one thin sheet. The most pleasant surprise awaited us when checking out - we were demanded to pay double amount for our stay. Probably the cold water and lack of heating were premium services. Luckily we used booking com so after long discussion we managed to not get scammed. Rooms were fine but staff and management should probably change professions to prison guards.
