My recent stay at the NH Collection Berlin Potsdamer Platz was excellent. I was particularly impressed by the super convenient location, which made getting around Berlin a breeze. The room was impeccably clean, a detail I always appreciate. A special shout-out to Hedia at the reception desk; her supportive and welcoming demeanor truly enhanced my experience. She's a real asset to the hotel!
Lovely, modern hotel in a central location. Subway station a couple of minutes walk down the road. Room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast had great variety. Staff on reception were helpful when we needed directions to different places. All in all, a lovely hotel and very reasonable prices.
The hotel was perfectly located for our needs and planned visits. The rooms were nice and comfortable and the pillows were heavenly, we have since bought some for ourselves! Don’t want your room cleaned everyday then get a free drink from the hotel reception as a thank you. The staff were very helpful and friendly and the maps they gave out were brilliant. Would definitely stay again.
