NH Bogotá Urban 26 Royal

Very nice hotel for any foreigner , good area with a lot of food options that are extremely close. Santiago at the front desk was always so helpful and spoke very good English. Clean rooms and great staff

Great experience at this hotel, it was provided by the airline Avianca because my flight was canceled. The airport called the taxi for us, and we turned into a nice neighborhood, the entrance was beautiful and there were multiple receptionists at the desk who were very kind. When we arrived, the restaurant was closed so they gave us a menu to order delivery, and they ordered it for us. The rooms were spacious and very clean, it was very quiet and me and my family had a good stay here.

Nice hotel located not too far from the airport & main tourist attractions. The service was great, especially from the driver who picked us up from the airport. There were only minor downsides that were related to our room. At first glance it was large, nice, and modern. After a while though, we noticed a few minor ítems like a rusted towel hanger and some uncovered outlets. Additionally, I should note that because the hotel is located near a main intersection (which, to be fair, is partly why its location is very convenient) it can get quite busy and loud early in the morning and late at night sometimes. This isn't necessarily the hotel's fault, but the room could've probably used some better soundproofing in retrospect. On the bright side, the hotel breakfast was very solid. Overall a great hotel notably for its value. I think the rooms could probably use a little more investment but it was honestly fine for a quick weekend.
