NH Collection Barranquilla Smartsuites Royal

This was my second time at the NH Hotel, and I just really love staying here. The location within historic central district is perfect—a short walk or uber ride to everything. The rooms and facilities are contemporary and well maintained. Lastly, and most importantly, the service was impeccable. The staff are kind and attentive. I want to give a special “shout out” to Loraine who works breakfast at the hotel restaurant—which offers a fantastic spread of delicious local cuisine and fresh fruits and juices—for the exceptional service she provided during my stay. I have stayed at several hotels in Barranquilla, and this is by far the best.

Loved it. Great serviced. I felt welcome since the check-in. Carol provided great service at the front desk and Angeline at the bar was above and beyond. The location of the hotel is great, plenty of places walk distance (I love this area of the city!): restaurants (all prices / cuisines), shops, supermarkets... It has a Mc Donalds across the street: amazing. I'd stay once again anytime.

Laura has made my experience very pleasant, by welcoming me with open arms to my first Colombian experience. She promptly answered to my requests such as the AC unit and how to operate it, to changing my pillows for a more comfortable experience. Reminded me of breakfast hours so I could get a fresh start to my day. I can’t wait to come back with more family. Thank you Laura!
