NH Collection Helsinki Grand Hansa

This was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in!! The staff is SO friendly and helpful, the location couldn’t be better (close to tram stops and the train station, which brings you directly to the airport). The hotel itself is beautiful and the rooms are so clean and well planned with special touches. We decided to buy the breakfast for 25 euro and we are so happy we did- on Saturday and Sunday it is open until 13:00 and the food is fresh and delicious! We also enjoyed the a la carte menu included in the breakfast and the sparkling wine. Also, we had an early morning flight and there was coffee, juice and pastries downstairs for guests to have. It’s small touches like this that make your stay even more special. All around, this hotel has excellent staff and has truly thought of everything to make the guests stay easy, comfortable and enjoyable! Thank you so much for everything!!!!!

The entire hotel is spotless, even the gym. The staff is very nice and helpful. The breakfast is tasty and highly recommended. The room was nice and comfortable, though it was small. The location is great, near many shopping centers, restaurants and bars. The saunas were good. The hotel looks old from the outside but it is very elegant inside. The health center is big and spacious.

This is probably the best location for a hotel in Helsinki. Very nice and classy interiors, high-tech rooms and toilets, giant TV. Excellent and roomy shower, great room amenities. Staff was very helpful. Arriving with taxi can be a bit tiresome, as there is no space to park and there are constant traffic jams on Mannerheimintie-road. Luxurious place!
