NH Collection Madrid Colón

This is a 5 star, must stay hotel while in Madrid. The hotel is one of the nicest hotels we have stayed at. The property is very well designed and maintained. The room are very well appointed and comfortable. The location is great for touring and shopping. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Madrid.

Incredible stay I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Madrid, it is nearby so many cute shops and restaurants and not far from historical sites. The Staff was so accommodating rushed to help with our bags right when we got there, with ice cold water ready for us after a hot day walking around Madrid. To top it all off the best buffet hotel breakfast I’ve ever experienced, beautiful presentation along with such fresh food! Very delicious and they had freshly squeezed juices and smoothie juices. Very clean cold room so comfortable.

We’ve stayed at NH Collection hotels before and enjoyed them very much, but what made our experience so special this time was the concierge, Laura. She navigated our complicated itinerary with ease, made all rhe necessary reservations for us with a smile, had excellent recommendations for us in Madrid and San Sebastian and did it all with aplomb and a smile. Five stars all around!
