I must say I am still raving about my trip to Colombia. Not only because this country is absolutely beautiful but my first stay at a NH Collection Hotel made it expectionally awesome! I cannot get over the greenery location, the friendliest staff and amazing service. I must praise a few staff members in particular for their patience and overall "amable" attitude - Carlos, Alexa and Jose . You are lucky to have them accompany you while staying here - truly made me feel like Colombia was a second home.
We spent 10+ nights NH El Poblado and were impressed with its ambiance, attention to guests and service. The staff truly are concerned that guests are treated well. Particular kudos to Diego Rojas and Emperatriz Chaverra. Fine breakfast buffet offers good selection of local fruits. Hotel located on a hill; great views, if walking, good exercise.
Very frustrated with this Hotel They cancel our reservation trough booking but THEY chaged us. Its been 5 months of calling and promess, but nothing Really, a big lack of respect Not even an answer by mail. They want to keep the money. Ive send them several message... Hope they will help now Be carefull, feel like ive been robed Very very bad business
