I’ve been all over the Caribbean countries to so many great hotels but El rancho is the third of my top five,the place is nice and very clean the food and the natural drink are stunning but the outstanding experience was the front desk people specifically Alexandro and Mellisa they are two amazing people I’m talking about people that you can blindly trust ..⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I stayed at NH Haiti El Rancho for approximately 2 weeks. The grounds are well maintained and the rooms are spacious and fairly nice. Some of the furniture has been damaged and stained and has not been replaced, so that was a little frustrating for the what you are paying. The hotel is in Petionville which means it's close to a few upscale bars and restaurants. The view of the mountains from the room was breathtaking. The food was okay, the menu is definitely prepare for a foreigners palette. Alexandro and Melissa in the reception are very helpful. The dining/waiting staff were all very polite and helpful: Jean Marc, Belony, Franco, David. The hotel manager Anoop was very helpful at addressing all my concerns. In conclusion I would highly recommend staying at this hotel. I would contact the hotel to see if they offer special pricing for Haitian Residents or discounts for a monthly stay.
Well run hotel - Anoop is great - and quite comfortable. The food is off and on and the menu a bit limited, although the pizza is quite tasty. Secure, a bit crowded on the weekends. Given the location and situation, it's good value.
